液压系统温度升高 温升的不良影响 液压系统的温升发热和污染一样,也是一种综合故障的表现形式,主要通过测量油温和少量液压元件来衡量。 液压设备是用油液作为工作介质来传递和转换能量的,运转过程中的机械能损失、压力损失和容积损失必然转化成热量放出,从开始运转时接近室温的温度,通过油箱、管道及机体表液面,还可通过设置的油冷却器散热,运转到一定时间后,温度不再升高,而是稳定在一定温度范围达到热平衡,二者之差便是温升。温升过高会产生下述故障和不良影响。 油温升高,会使油的黏度降低,泄漏增大,泵的容积效率和整个系统的效率会显着降 低。由于油的黏度降低,滑阀等移动部位的油膜会变薄和被切破,摩擦阻力增大,导致磨损加剧,系统发热,带来更高的温升。 油温过高,使机械产生热变形,既使液压元件中热膨胀系数不同的运动部件之间的间隙变小而卡死,引起动作失灵,又影响液压设备的精度,导致零件加工质量变差。 油温过高,也会使橡胶密封件变形,加速老化失效,降低使用寿命,丧失密封性能,造成泄漏,泄漏会又进一步发热产生温升。 油温过高,会加速油液氧化变质,并析出沥青物质,降低液压油使用寿命。析出物堵塞阻尼小孔和缝隙式阀口,导致压力阀调压失灵、流量阀流量不稳定、方向阀卡死不换向、金属伸长变弯,甚至破裂等诸多故障。 油温升高,油的空气分离压降低,油中溶解空气逸出,产生气穴,致使液压系统工作性能降低。
